Responsible for coordinating and developing the Craft Epoxy and various other production schedules on a daily basis to meet deadlines and satisfy customer needs. - Utilizing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to generate reports of finished good and raw material inventory. - Develop and execute real-time production action plans by reallocating labor and reprioritizing jobs to consistently meet production targets. - Entering and confirming orders whilst aiding customers with inquiries throughout the production process. - Complete production BOM (Bill of Materials) ticket requests. - Receiving Purchase Orders by verifying vendors, part numbers, weights and lot numbers. - Assisting the Graphics Specialist with the printing of private labels.

Created spreadsheet to record and help cut down stocking time to under one minute per piece. Oversaw a staff of about 4-6 to ensure nightly duties were completed and store met expectations of ownership. Ordered in product using a portable scan gun device, also catalogued damaged goods. Received and fulfilled special orders placed by customers.

Stocking and rotating new product in order to fill shelf holes and reduce the amount of expired merchandise. Facing all required aisles/departments in order to make sure store has neat appearance and all products are in the correct spots.

Responsible for clean up of soiled dishes. Closed and prepared kitchen for the following day. Tidied up grounds around restaurant.
