As a Food Technologist with a passion for creating positive change, I have always been driven to make a meaningful impact in the industry. After graduating, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, taking on trainee roles to learn the ins and outs of food production. But as I delved deeper, I realized that true sustainability isn't just about producing more food, but also about ensuring that farmers are healthy, empowered, and free from poverty as well as our consumers. This epiphany sparked my desire to venture into food security, and I have since been dedicated to exploring innovative solutions to transform Africa's food systems. Currently, I'm applying my skills and knowledge as a Brewer at Delta Beverages, with a long-term goal of making a lasting impact on food security in Africa.
