Presently he is the Chief Executive Officer of Radiant Guard Services Pvt Ltd, a leading Pan India Security Solutions provider. A dynamic and outgoing leader, he has tremendous initiative, drive and problem solving abilities. Under his leadership Radiant has grown from strength to strength. An articulate speaker and an avid reader, he has a demonstrated history of working in the security industry. Skilled in Facility Management (FM), Administration, Interpersonal Skills and Human Resource Management. His forte is business development, process improvement, organisational structuring and future business planning. Col Navinder Singh Bevli received the prestigious award of Security Entrepreneur of the Year 2023(West) from the honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel at the 18th Annual Security Leadership Summit of CAPSI at Gandhinagar on 24 Nov 23. He has been awarded the 'Badge of Honour' in Sep 2020 by CAPSI for displaying outstanding leadership during the Covid Times. A proud Veteran, he is an alumunus of the National Defence Academy and the Indian Military Academy. He has trained at School of Artillery, Military Institute of Technology and Army War College.
