 Processed numerous procurement cases for the Army Air Defence form inception, GSQR formulation, Categorisation & AoN, RFP, Evaluations, CNC till contract stage and post contract management.  Instrumental in costing and negotiation of contracts worth approx. INR 200 billion with several national and global companies.  Assisted in the induction of military hardware & equipment into the Indian Army - successfully inducted military equipment worth INR 200 billion after conduct of extensive inspections and acceptance procedures.  Organised and Conducted military equipment trials in India and abroad in collaboration with several agencies like DGQA, TG(EME), ACE (Mhow) and various Indian/ Foreign firms.  Assisted in formulation of macro-level policies and vision documents for defence procurement.  Interaction & liaison with higher officials in the Indian Government (MoD) on a routine basis.

 Lead, directed and managed a military regiment of the latest Gun-Missile System with 700 soldiers - responsible for the upkeep, training, administration and logistics of running a fully independent military regiment and all its assets and personnel.

 Advisor to the Botswana Defence Forces (BDF) on technical, tactical and administrative matters.  Instrumental in formulation the overall doctrine, strategic plans and way forward for the BDF and facilitating their modernization, procurement of equipment and force structuring aligned to emerging challenges and assessed threat.  Formulated the Annual Training Directives for the BDF and oversaw the training of personnel at all levels in accordance with the directives.  Regular Guest Speaker at the BDF Command & Staff College.

Directed and participated in numerous Anti- Terrorist Operations with significant success in maintaining peace in the Kashmir Valley.

 Trained and mentored approx. 150 cadets to become officers of the Indian Army. Planned their theoretical and practical training including field exercises.  Emphasis on Team Building, Integrity and inculcation of Ethical Values besides technical/ tactical expertise in the cadets before final commissioning.

Trained and mentored young officers on their first level entry into the specialised field of Air Defence. Trained middle level officers on specialised Air Defence equipment and technical matters.

Trained in Russia on the latest Air Defence equipment and tactics. Served in the Desert Sector on the Western Front with Armoured Formations. Served in J&K conducting Anti-Terrorist Operations. Served at the Siachen Glacier, the highest battlefield in the world.
