- Serves and understand customer needs and promoting company product, package or service to close a deal to hit sales target. - Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, insurance claims, processing order, preparing cash bill and invoices, and other necessary paperwork. - Liaise with insurance officer to follow up claim approval status and follow up payment. - Liaise with Vendors on enquiry, pricing, purchasing and delivery related matters. - Examine and inspect warehouse inventory once to twice a month. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. - Compile data, filing and prepare monthly reports to the Management (sales report, bank reconciliation) - Prepare payment for supplier payment, monthly bills, staff salary and etc. - Monitor and gather payroll data like employees’ attendance, leaves, overtime records and claims. - Perform any other tasks to support HR & admin department.

- Manage and develop existing and new customer, arrange for appointment; handle customer's inquiry and complaint. - Compile data and prepare monthly reports and statements for sales meeting. - General clerking paper work, stock checking, involve in customer credit payment collection. - Perform any other duties as assigned.
