Responsible for partnering with account executives and extended pre sales team in the Eastern US to provide technical expertise during all stages of the sales cycle. Specifically focused on targeting large strategic accounts, (global 2000 enterprises) in order to provide customer solutions in complex environments.

Oversight of all day to day IT operations including user support and server, network and telecommunication equipment, across 4 offices in northern Indiana. Areas of responsibility included Windows Server 2008, Hyper-V, Exchange, Barracuda networks spam and web filters, Cisco Systems networking and VOIP equipment. Responsible for implementation of ERP system (Personify) user training and ongoing maintenance and support.

Responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their environment, then identifying potential identity solutions that resonate with their organization and propose potential solutions leveraging the Okta Platform. Working closely with the sales, professional services and customer success teams within the organization and a focus on not only initial deals, but log term customer success. Aligned with with enterprise account team focusing on large global enterprise customers in the central United States.

Responsible for helping customers implement and use Okta. I am focused in the areas of HR driven IT provisioning (Workday as a master Okta implementations), Microsoft Active Directory.

Responsible for all aspects of user identity and access within the organization of approximately 3500 users. Responsibilities included provisioning and deprovisioning user access to all IT systems, working with human resources team to ensure seamless onboarding and transitioning and termination of employees while ensuring adherence to logical access control processes defined by the organization. Served as technical lead on implementation of Okta single sign on with Workday as a master to automatically provision new users within our organization, as well as ensuring continued compliance with IT governance policies. Acted the primary technical contact for all identity related issues across the organization. Other areas of responsibility included new machine deployment (MDT), software update and deployment (WSUS, DesktopCentral, SCCM), and tier three end user support.

Worked as a part of the help desk team to provide support to both local users as well as field staff with a wide variety of PC, Mac and Mobile issues for on premises, outside indirect sales representatives, and retail store users.
