Beijing Tongyizhong started our production and business with UHMWPE fiber in China in the year 1994. After several years of successful fiber production, we broadened our production with UHMWPE UD due to the market demand and company development. Currently, we mainly sell our UMWPE fiber to domestic market, Europe, the USA, south-east Asia and middle-east for different applications. Our production capacity of UHMWPE fiber is 1600 tons per year. We expect to establish cooperation with more bulletproof UD manufacturers, on one hand to decrease their UHMWPE purchasing cost, on the other hand to maximally develop the value of our UHMWPE fiber on personal protection sector. Beijing Tongyizhong is an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer with good quality control and timely delivery, lasting for 20 years. Our processing of the UHMWPE yarn is authorized 9 inventive patents, including one in Europe and one in South Korea. Specification of our UHMWPE fiber ranges from 20D to 4800D. 800D is the most preferred denier for bulletproof UD production.
