As Vice President of Franchise Development I am the subject matter expert on a variety of topics and assist in developing and providing initial training and ongoing support for the franchise locations. Additionally, I am responsible for vendor management for the entire franchise system. I assist in the opening of new franchise locations and provide support in every aspect of their business from day to day operations to P&L support. I currently support 70 regions in the US and Canada. We were recently named Entrepreneur Magazine #1 Fastest Growing Franchise.

Stratus is a franchise based commercial cleaning company with a focus on green cleaning with hospital methodologies. The local office is responsible for Kansas and the western half of Missouri. We currently have over 80 franchise owners operating in this area cleaning over 3 million square nightly. I am responsible for all customer service from the local office and managing a staff of account and operations managers. I set up and coordinate all new customers and fix problems with existing customers. I also focus on the development of our franchise owners through various development programs and assist in the management of the profitability of the region and for the franchise owners.

We are a franchised based commercial cleaning company. I was the Regional Director for the Kansas City support center. We are responsible for the state of Kansas and the western half of Missouri. We have around 70 active franchise owners and just under 400 customers currently. I was responsible for the health and growth of the region in both sales of vendor services and unit francihse sales. We currently have a office staff of 7 doing everything from sales, customer services, to all financial aspects of the back end of the business.

As an area manager I was responsible for a staff of over 75 employees in 6 facilities in KS. Managed all aspects of staffing and inventory management as well as beating monthly budget projections for every month of employment averaging 120,000 in monthly billings.
