I’m an operator with a background spanning special operations military service, technology, and business leadership. Early in my career, I led customer service and human resources teams across environments ranging from early-stage startups to large technology organizations, helping build benchmark customer experiences and scalable employee systems. That experience shaped how I think about execution, accountability, and operational design—especially in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. After working inside larger organizations, I shifted into building and advising growing companies directly. I’ve founded and supported multiple ventures, designing world-class teams, customer journeys, and technology workflows that scale without breaking. One of those ventures resulted in a seven-figure exit within four years. Today, I lead Tele-Help-Ing, a bootstrapped multinational BPO and virtual staffing organization that began as a solution for a healthcare company and evolved into a global operation spanning four countries. In under three and a half years, our top 25 professionals have helped U.S.-based providers generate seven figures in revenue, supporting finance, legal, healthcare, and operational functions. I also host The Faces: Entrepreneurs Are People Inside the Podcast, with over 15,000 subscribers on YouTube, where I talk with founders and operators about leadership, pressure, and what it actually takes to build companies that last. My work today is focused on building durable teams, designing roles that work in the real world, and helping organizations scale with clarity instead of chaos.
