Michael Wang

Chien-Yu (Michael) Wang is the managing attorney at Wilner and O'Reilly in Sacramento and San Francisco. He handles all aspects of immigration law including, but not limited to family-based (I-130/I-485), business-based immigration matters (EB, E-2, L-1A, H-1B, TN, O-1, P-1, EB-5, etc) and removal defense (Asylum, Cancellation of Removal Proceedings, Waivers, etc). Mr. Wang is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Wang graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese and East Asian Studies, and also studied at the Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School, graduating at the top of his class.
