Dr. Christine Najjar is a board-certified Internal and Obesity Medicine physician and the founder of Food First MD, a metabolic medicine practice in Connecticut. With a background in Human Nutrition (MS) and Biochemistry (BS), she focuses on using food as a primary tool to improve health and manage metabolic disorders.
