At Indian Oil, I handled B2B sales and supply chain management : logistics, demand planning, product allocation, negotiating pricing, distribution, sales strategy development and customer collaborations, for more than 7000 tons of petrochemical products with a monthly turnover of 52 crores. I kept track of potential customers, maintain market intelligence, ensure OMC customers' acquisition and provide technical as well as post sales support. Oil & energy sector witnesses frequent change in its dynamics at global and national levels. Keeping this fact in mind, I quarterly conducted trainings, seminars and workshops to ensure that customers got necessary updates and felt connected.
