My role covers several key areas: - Process Improvement: Leading initiatives to streamline and enhance supply chain workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives. - Supplier Development & Training: Conducting comprehensive training sessions for suppliers to improve performance and compliance with Visteon’s requirements. - Risk Assessment & Surveys (Supply Chain Command Center): Analyzing supply chain risks through regular surveys, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks. - Supplier Scorecard Management: Assisting in the Management of the supplier scorecard system, evaluating supplier performance based on key metrics, and driving continuous improvement. - Customer Delivery ratings: Global overall tracking and reporting customer delivery ratings; - Supplier deviations: Analysis and escalation of all deviations requested by Procurement to delivery standard terms.
