ESTATE PLANNING I help clients navigate the ever-changing estate planning and tax world by drafting comprehensive Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directives designed to maximize flexibility and asset preservation. I routinely fashion complex wealth transfer strategies for persons with significant assets, using irrevocable trusts, gifting and other tax savings techniques. TRUST ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE When a loved one passes away, there are many details for family members to take care of. I assist Trustees and Executors in fulfilling their legal duties as representatives of the person’s estate, advising them on the proper actions and procedures relating to collection of estate assets, accounting of funds, and disbursement of the estate to the rightful beneficiaries. ELDER LAW As we age, our financial, medical and legal concerns change. Issues such as financial planning for long-term care and asset protection in case of a difficult diagnosis or the onset of dementia create new complexities and challenges. I work with my older clients to ensure that their estate plans are flexible, protective and comprehensive. My goal is to plan for any eventuality while ensuring that my clients are living well with financial stability and a sense of security.
