I am a Supply Chain and Logistics Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Transport Management and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, passionate about building efficient, resilient, and data-driven supply chains that improve organizational performance. My experience spans the private sector, academia, social enterprise, and non-profit organizations, where I have supported procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation planning, supplier coordination, and operational reporting. I have contributed to improving logistics processes, coordinating supply chain activities, and supporting informed decision-making through data analysis and effective operational planning. Currently, I serve as a Logistics Lecturer and Career Service Officer at CITEC-HITM, where I teach future supply chain professionals while strengthening partnerships between academia and industry. Alongside this role, I contribute as a Volunteer Supply Chain Coordinator at DeWise, supporting project-based supply chain activities for clean energy and healthcare initiatives. I am also the Founder of Waste Care Service, a youth-led social enterprise promoting sustainable waste management and environmental responsibility in underserved communities. I enjoy solving operational challenges through process improvement, technology, and data-driven decision-making. My technical skills include Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP ERP, inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, logistics coordination, and supply chain analytics. I am continuously developing my expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and digital supply chain solutions to support modern organizations.
