Cliona Lynch

Managing two of the most focal stores with Life Style Sports and studying Human Resource Management part time at the University of Limerick. In my role as store manager I connect with many departments such as senior management, HR, customer services, visual merchandising, facilities and asset protection. I build relationships with customers, team members, fellow managers, maintenance vendors and competitor stores in the area. Within my role I am responsible for training, developing and managing a team of 8 managers and 40 sales associates in order to drive sales and deliver excellent results with high operational standards across all areas of business. I am also responsible for the following; selection, recruitment, interviews, hiring, training, PDP's, inductions, GDPR, fire drills, files, audits, payroll, rosters, investigations, disciplinaries, transfers, cash, banking, excel, share-point, operations, deliveries, recalls, stocktakes, security, Gardai liaison and merchandising. I consider myself to be resilient, self-motivated, personable and a hardworking team player with valuable leadership and teaching experience. I withhold strong organisational and communication skills whilst welcoming new challenges and actively pursuing personal growth.
