Our clients can look forward to a proactive and innovative BPO partner in iContact, where exceptional customer service, innovation, and perpetual improvement are entrenched philosophies. • Responsible for building and leading the iContact BPO senior management team • Overseeing the fiscal activities of iContact BPO, including budgeting and reporting • Ensuring the operations of iContact BPO’s stability through the development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures • Responsible for specifying accountabilities for the management team and evaluating their performance regularly • Keeping the Board fully informed on all problems, opportunities, trends and issues that may affect iContact BPO • Responsible for leveraging South Africa’s core offerings as a location for CX and BPO outsourcing

• Responsible for the implementation of the business strategy • Engage with the National Credit Regulator in order to achieve the operating license • Creating policies and procedures • Ensuring the operations of Africa Credit bureau stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures • Keeping the Board fully informed on all problems, opportunities, trends and issues that may affect the Africa Credit Bureau

• Assisting with concept, design and development of new retail store • Selecting, hiring and supervising all staff by assigning/directing work; conducting employee evaluations, staff training and development, taking appropriate disciplinary/corrective actions, making hiring/termination decisions • Assist Financial Director with managerial accounts • Stock control and procurement • Exceptional knowledge of product lines and merchandise pricing • Compile, evaluate and process all stock information • Process cash receipts and deposits • Sustain and nurture existing account holders and retail customers • Process online orders • Canvas potential business and secure new clients
