Site design engineer for projects mainly in Metro Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Main projects included a datea center, subdivisions, and several large commercial site projects, including permitting and design.

Embedded in the State of Tennessee - Real Estate Asset Management (STREAM) Division; assisting in project management and development on various projects to include: TSVHB - Clarksville: 108-bed / $22M nursing home facility located just south of Ft. Campbell. 102,000 SF and located on 9.5 acres, this project includes full turn-key, including land purchase, design, construction, FF&E, and grant coordination. Includes federal grant funding and Buy American provisions. TSVHB - Cleveland: Slated to be a 108-bed facility located in Cleveland, TN. Scope will include approximately $35M in construction for roughly 115,000 SF. Other projects as necessary.

* Transportation Projects: * US 41-A / SR112 @ McAdoo Creek Road TDOT Local Programs project to improve an intersection within existing right-of-way * Oakland Road Realignment TDOT Local Programs project to realign approximately 0.5 mile road * RJ Corman Cumberland River Bridge Rehabilitation TDOT Enhancement Grant – funded project to rehabilitate the existing three-span bridge over the Cumberland River * Spur Line Trailhead and Overlook TDOT Enhancement Grant – funded project to place a pocket park in downtown Clarksville, incorporating the rail heritage of the site it sits upon
