Coordination of civil and architectural finishes, MEP and specialist services coordination and systems integration. Delivery of multiple shell and core areas equating to an area of around 140,000m2 and some 2,000 room deliverables. Accountable for delivering in the range of 300 visual and on-site Architectural Mock Ups.

Value Project $ 18B+ Value ECW Package $ 350M Responsible for the overall technical, engineering and interface management for the Early Civil Works (ECW) Contract, consisting of four new artificial Islands for Oil production. Scope included major civil and infrastructure works, temporary camps and utilities, helipads, telecommunications towers, geotechnical, piling, bulk services piping, warehouses and electrical works.

Value AED 1.9B Responsible for the overall technical, design, engineering and pre and post-construction management of domestic and nominated sub contract packages to the value of AED 700 Million. Leading a technical team of 32 design, engineering and document control staff overseeing in the range of 54 work packages.

Value AED 200M Responsible for leading the JV Contractor team in the delivery and handover of Terminal 3 multi storey car park and retail promenade to the Client and Operator and integration of such facility within a live Terminal building.

Value AED 1.2M Responsible for the management of T3 airport and ancillary buildings structural frame (insitu & precast) and Apron level works consisting of plant rooms, baggage handling facilities and operational facilities. Management of architectural sub-contract packages, LET systems for both FOH and BOH areas.

Combined Value £24.5M Student Accommodation Phase 2 Responsible for the construction and delivery of a new 7-storey residential block for student accommodation consisting of pre-fabricated volumetric modules with traditional steel frame construction and internal and external works. Student Accommodation Phase 1 Responsible for the construction of Block B an 11 storey steel frame building with 55 flats with basement retail area and transfer deck as well as aiding in the fit-out and handover of Blocks A & C cluster flats for student accommodation. Schools PPP This position involved monitoring the execution of latent and active defects for four PPP secondary schools.

Combined Value £10.1M Police Communication Complex Responsible for managing and coordinating a wide variety of internal and external trade packages for the completion of a 4 storey new build police communications complex. Office Pavilions Responsible for all construction operations on site for two new build office pavilions, power complex and external works. Residential Accommodation Building Responsible for the completion of two 6 storey apartment blocks mainly fit out and external works and handover to end user.

Combined Value £5.6M Responsible for managing and coordinating multiple internal and external trade packages for refurbishment of existing chemical laboratories, staff offices, and communal areas.
