Lead large multi-site business with annual turnover in excess of £50m -P+L accountability for over 20 branches -overall team in excess of 200 colleagues -matrix working at regional level Lead store colleagues on all areas relating to retail and pharmacy: health and safety, patient safety, incident management, clinical queries, operational queries, professional advice, external communication, operational best practice, trainee pharmacist support.

Part of NHS Test and Trace Team working remotely to reduce transmission of Coronavirus through contact tracing. Responsible for undertaking the initial interview of COVID-19 positive cases by phone conducting a public health risk assessment, identifying contacts and providing public health advice (where appropriate). Using clinical knowledge to help escalate complex cases. Part of the advanced travel team dealing with international flights.

Plan and implement recruitment and induction of all relief pharmacists in the Region. Direct line management of forty relief pharmacists and two pharmacist deployment administrators. Ensure effective relief pharmacist deployment to ensure all sixty pharmacies were provided correct pharmacist coverage. Oversee holiday planning for all pharmacists in the Region.
