Responsible for All facets of Production Control including MRP, Receiving, Warehousing, Shipping, Transportation, Tool Services and SAP Support. Focused on improvements in Material Flow throughout all aspects of Production and Sustainment.

Developing/Supporting Internal Supply Line Lean process Changes to meet rate requirements throughout the "Internal Supply Chain"

Responsible for Quality and Mission Success Management and FOD/FAA/AS9100 for Marietta Site. Served as F-22 Program Quality Director first year of this period before becoming Site QMS Director.

Program PC Director responsible for schedule execution, planning and exceptions management for F-22 Program, multiple locations.

Responsible for all day to day operations in support of F-22 Modernization line in Palmdale, Ca Facility. Served as Program Integrator for F-22 Production (Composites, Machining, Elec Systems, etc) and Program rep for PD site. Implemented various 6-S and Lean projects to create and optimize Mod Aircraft flow. Key improvements included crew planning and space utilization in addition to increased user involvement and Customer confidence.

Responsible for Prod Cntl, MRP Planning, Tool Services, Transportation, GFE , and Warehousing throughout Aeronautics major locations. Part of this time was spent specifically in support of Prod Cntl/Customer support on F-16 program, including Customer and DCMA interface. (2005).

Responsible to manage Prod Planning, MRP, Warehousing, and delivery support to Missiles & Fire Control Defense Electronics, from piece parts to complex LRUs & Assemblies. Created and tracked schedules and production through Delivery of complex electronic assys. Support Production and Spares across multiple product lines. Involved in PWB fab move to Owego, NY facility. Developed and taught Lean Training (LM21 Black belt certified) for PWA and LRU processes to support improvement objectives (Sr. Partner in a Lean Consulting co. during this period on a non conflict of interest basis)

Various tasks and responsibilities including Prod Cntl, Stockroom, Program planning, MRP Implementations, Acquisition support (Mfg Sys conversion, Mtl Plng Mgr transition -Launch Vehicles)' Technical systems transition (lead for Corp Team resident in Chicago)' Spacecraft Assy mgmt and support. Responsible to manage complex Defense Electronics Assy/Test/Integration. Includes CCAs, LRUs and Complex systems. APICS Cert and Lean training

Prod Engineer for Star Tracker Low Voltage Power Supply system. Develop, maintain work instructions/test plans and support production technicians in build and Test processes.

Responsible to relocate Electronics Manufacturing, set up new facilities, hire personnel and manage assembly of Circuit Card Assys into Phone Line concentrators for Hotel Industry. Included build of Metallized thin film capacitors and loading coils, as IE Manager (Midwec/Linatel Co.)

Various positions from assembly to Supervision, IE and Project Manager for subassy, assy, and test of Motorcycles, Jet Skis and Snowmobiles in a high rate mixed product environment. At Lincoln Ne Assembly Plant
