* Responsible for maintaining high productivity and user satisfaction in six computer labs at Texas State University * Provide support and assistance to over 1,000 university students a week to maximize their lab experience * Resolve complaints promptly and professionally, resulting in a 99% customer satisfaction rate * Provide orientation and training to 10 new hires per month * and * Computer literate in Ms Word, Excel, Access and Power Point

* Provide quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner * Maintain high standards of customer service during fast-paced operations, while working as a member of a team * Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation * and * Take initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are completed

* Maintain confidential personnel files and assist with new employee interviews * Assist with administrative paperwork such as Family Medical Leave and Workers Compensation programs * Input and maintain employee data for 235 employees in the HRIS system such as hires, promotions, transfers, attendance, timekeeping, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for reporting * Assist the Plant Manager with safety walkthroughs to ensure OSHA compliance * and * Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
