Within the Talent Acquisition Team, I'm responsible for matching candidates ambitions with the needs of my company : - Defining the need and the recruitment process with the hiring manager - Adapting the sourcing and recruitment strategy for the different departments and businesses - Training and advising the recruitment team through objectives and assessments - Creating and improving programmes such as onboarding and employer branding - Being an ambassador for the company and its values My favorite part of the job is understanding the specifics needs of the teams I work with, in order to propose the best recruitment experience to all, collaborators & talents. ☕

En véritable chasseur de tête, et après une formation aux différents outils, méthodes d’identification et de recherche de candidats, j'interviens pour le compte des clients de la société sur l’ensemble de la phase amont du recrutement, à savoir : • Définition des critères de recherches (entreprises cibles, profils recherchés…), • Rédaction et diffusion d’annonces • Réception et tri des candidatures reçues, • Définition d’une stratégie de sourcing (CVThèques, réseaux sociaux...) et veille sur des outils de recherche innovants • Approche directe, • Qualifications téléphoniques, évaluation des candidats • Rédaction de comptes rendus d’entretiens, • Mise à disposition des dossiers dans l’interface client et reporting

CDD
