The Lab for BioCritical Studies is an interdisciplinary research lab led by UCLA Society and Genetics Professor, Dr. Terence Keel. Researchers in the lab are currently studying autopsies from in-custody deaths in Los Angeles County, to understand how discrimination, inequality, and resilience are embodied in vulnerable populations. - Qualtrics coding and critical analysis of quantitative and qualitative medical data. - Critical discussion of case findings to illuminate the ties between biology, structural violence, discrimination, and institutional medical neglect. - Research protocol development and adherence.

- Member of Digital Press committee for UCLA's student-led radio station. - Contributor to the UCLA Radio Blog (uclaradio.com) including pitching, writing, and editing concert reviews, album reviews, multimedia artist interviews, and local university coverage. - Host of a weekly live on-air radio show featuring research about songs and artists centered around a rotating theme.

The Children’s Movement (TCM) Equity Fellowship Program - Grew the TCM network by recruiting groups across California through data-driven outreach, including online research, email, and phone communications. Sent approximately 4,160 recruitment emails and identified 660 leads over an 8-week program. Successfully recruited 40 new organizational members, achieving a conversion rate of 6%. - Organized and updated data for 5,000+ network members, including validating existing information and researching missing details to enhance engagement and maximize impact for children’s advocacy efforts. Developed expertise of different roles and responsibilities in policy advocacy and nonprofit operations through informational "salons" with every team at Children Now, engaging in discussions on team functions, career advice, and policy issues. - Engaged in weekly discussions and reflection activities centered on equity-focused materials to deepen understanding of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in California policymaking and non-profit operations, and collaborated on strategies to implement these principles. - Participated in hands-on policy advocacy experiences by shadowing experts, gaining insights into strategic decision-making and advocacy techniques.

- Member of Public Relations committee for the UCLA Pediatric AIDS Coalition, a completely student-led campus organization raising awareness and participating in philanthropic work supporting Pediatric AIDS research and treatment. - Email and phone communication with campus representatives, local and national HIV-AIDS researchers, nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, and political figures to organize resources and appearances for UCLA's largest philanthropic event, the annual Pediatric AIDS Dance Marathon. - Research for a weekly presentation to the coalition on recent events in HIV-AIDS treatment, research, and anti-stigma efforts

- Processing customer orders of home goods for startup Everlastly, whose Evergrade system measures the environmental impact of consumer products. - Navigation through Shopify, Duoplane, and manufacturer portals to translate customer orders of sustainably-made products into shipments.
