Clayton Morton

Clayton's law practice focuses on commercial, class action, and environmental litigation, and he represents clients in matters involving contractual disputes, consumer fraud, securities class actions, oil and gas litigation, and government investigations. Clayton works with a diverse group of clients, including oil and gas companies, investment banks, food and beverage companies, chemical companies, and a professional sports league. His active pro bono practice includes the representation of a criminal defendant in a civil rights action, a foreign national in a family law matter, and several nonprofits.
