Responsiblilities was to manage the laboratory for students interested in Engineering Technology. Which also includes ordering parts necessary and proctoring the labs and test to ensure a safe environment for the students. Extra responsibilities was to grade test and quizzes in place of the professor

Tested official GM vehicles using a high frequency antenna that is place at different locations of the vehicle. Test were done on a dynamometer for vehicles for safety and test was used to see if any frequencies cause deviations or problems while active.

Calibrations of tools used for other testing. Examples such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and computer software design for a specific task. Responsibility requires travel about 25% percent at the time and knowledge of testing different types of instruments.

* Manage a team of over 60 personnel for the production of the Ford Taurus, Explorer, and Lincoln MKS * Assist Engineering in resolving Internal and External issues within a specified zone to deliver vehicles with Quality * Ensure specified zone is a safe work environment for personnel by minimizing Near Misses and Accidents * Minimized scrap and cost to ensure all parts within the zone are being used to eliminate waste. * Monitored the production of the tires and rims for all vehicles to ensure all parts are properly assembled and aligned

* Resolved internal and external warranty claims pertaining to the Ford Taurus, Explorer and Lincoln MKS * Performed several blueprinting mapping system at various workstations to find root causes based on warranty claims * Used Lean Six Sigma Methodology to create improvements at workstations that will ensure quality and increase productivity * Audited multiple workstation and control points to confirm internal and external issues are minimized
