As the CTO at Wehoma, I lead an IT service agency with a focus on NGOs and WordPress. I play a crucial role in customer acquisition and oversee the IT infrastructure of our clients. In addition, I provide training for the teams and am working on scaling into a product-based service web agency. We are currently seeking funding to support our growth plans.

As the CTO of Foto Dino, I lead a global team focused on revolutionizing how families capture their memories. Foto Dino is an innovative platform that allows families to enjoy free photoshoots and pay only for the photos they love, thanks to our print-on-demand service. This approach removes the pressure on families to capture perfect moments, offering a stress-free experience. In my role, I place a significant emphasis on automation and process management to streamline our operations and provide quick, efficient solutions to our customers. By automating repetitive tasks, we can focus more on creativity and the individual needs of our customers. Agile project management allows us to be flexible in responding to changes and continuously improving our platform. Foto Dino is more than just photography; we create unique experiences that families can enjoy without risk. With a focus on customer satisfaction and innovation, we constantly push the boundaries of what is possible in the photography industry.

In 2020, I actively engaged in the working groups at Fridays for Future, with my main focus on the Structure and Student Working Groups. In the Structure Working Group, I played a significant role in organizing and optimizing internal processes and structures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our movement. In parallel, I was active in the Student Working Group, Finance Working Group, and Website Working Group. In 2021, I shifted my focus to the International Working Group. In this role, I coordinated our activities on a global scale and networked closely with other country groups. My goal was to spread our message worldwide and solidify Fridays for Future as a strong international movement.

As part of my work for Fridays for Future International, I helped the international community of the movement to flourish. I engaged in the international structural working group and supported various projects. I supported the community by administering the international chats and establishing Trello as a project management tool.

In my role at the Global Ethic Foundation, I was responsible for the preparation and introduction of the CRM software TOPIX. I maintained the website using WordPress and a custom CMS, and used Trello for task management. In addition, I introduced Notion as a project management tool. I also provided IT support of all kinds. Currently, I am managing the Global Ethic Foundation through Wehoma to ensure even more efficient and sustainable support.

During my dual study program at DHBW Stuttgart and my work at Sauter + Held, I was able to gain comprehensive experience in various areas. I worked my way into all departments - development, marketing, support - and developed a deep understanding of the respective processes and requirements. A focus of my work was benchmarking the in-house software to evaluate its performance and efficiency and identify potential for improvement. Through the combination of theory and practice, I gained knowledge in areas such as database development, the programming language C++, ERP systems, and the furniture trade. In addition, I have practical experience with IT infrastructure, configuring telephone systems, and setting up workstations and servers.

During my time at Prometheusinstitut, I had the opportunity to freely express myself and focused on working with WordPress to enhance content discovery through SEO optimization. Additionally, I remotely led the transition to Google G Suite, providing assistance and support throughout the process. My responsibilities included supporting the IT infrastructure, optimizing website performance, and implementing search engine optimization strategies. I successfully managed the migration and setup process from Strato to G Suite and webgo. Furthermore, I continue to provide ongoing support to Prometheusinstitut through my company, Wehoma.
