After focus in more than 14 years working as HR professional in multi business sectors around ASIA, I ‘am confident practicing Human resources in full spectrum, having good combination of strong leadership, mature experience in Industrial relation, well knowing HR & Law-regulation in ASIA-generally, to supports company in balanced people performance management to achieve the business growth. I also known as culture engineer, PR-negotiator & motivator, for many project that I achieves to support company's culture changes & peoples improvement. As Leader I always motivate my teammates to discipline and become an example to others, by then they will achieve the targets, its a happiness for me to create new strategy that can brings success.
