Responsible of Supply Chain including Warehouse, Customs and Procurement activities. Responsible of the Philips Supply Chain Security and Export Control Officer activities. In charge of the production planning and components strategy as Inventory control and logistics supply chain. Expert in Customs, Transportation and Warehouse activities implementing lean culture and lean projects. Manage supplier relationship and procurement activities, new sourcing and supplier development, contract negotiations.

- Responsible of Customs, Distribution, Warehouse & Purchasing department. - Coordinate all importation and exportation of raw materials and finished goods as transportation. - Responsible for the accuracy of inventory records in the Shipping, Receiving and distribution area. - Control of the internal movement of raw materials, Inventory control, custody and supply to production areas. - Manage kanban suppliers for timeliness and accuracy of delivery - Assure and maintain the Philips standards on quality, transportation and security according all legal and fiscal rules. - Implementation of Lean teams and Lean activities, C-TPAT, BASC and PSCS standards. - Supported Philips companies (Philips Do Brasil) in logistics and SCM. - Implementation of Barcode system in Warehouse and production facilities. - Implementation of Equipment control system and cost control. - Corporate contracts negotiations for Raw components, Supply agreements, Supplier Risk Management, Strategic Projects. - Export Control Officer
