Claudio Porto

Animal Scientist graduated from the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG). Specialist in Ruminant Production and Nutrition from ESALQ/USP. Currently studying for a Master's degree in Animal Science with an emphasis on ruminant nutrition (dairy cattle) at the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG). During his undergraduate studies (2013-2016), he was a CNPq and Fundação Araucária scientific initiation scholarship holder at the Experimental Station of the Model Farm of the Agronomic Institute of Paraná (IAPAR). He worked in the areas of Integrated Agricultural Production Systems, with an emphasis on animal and forage production. He worked as a technical consultant at SIA - Agribusiness Intelligence Service and at Consipa - Consulting in Integrated Agricultural Production Systems. He is currently a Technical Commercial Assistant at the multinational Cargill Animal Nutrition - Nutron, where he provides support to key accounts in the area of ​animal nutrition, focusing on feed formulations, diets for dairy cattle in conventional milking systems and robotic milking systems. The main areas of activity are: Ruminant nutrition, feed formulation, forage conservation, data analysis and zootechnical indexes.
