I lead the implementation of the PMO (Program Management Office) in an important Bank in Ecuador. This project involved the definition of methodology and organization design. After that I acted as PMO controller for the Core Bank system change & BPO project for the same bank.

I’ve have provided services in Quality Assurance for IT: Strategic Planning, Project Control, Organization design and documentation, Policies, Norms and Procedures definition and documentation.

I had worked in DUPONT ARGENTINA for 11 years, where I became Operations Supervisor and Information Security Leader. I started my career as Computer Operator.

I lead the Telecommunications & Infrastructure area, including Project Management (Telecommunications and Operations) and capital budget control for the South America region (Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela). I was responsible for managing regional teams, and controlling an annual expense budget of US$MM 10,0. In this capacity I had reported to the Global Telecom Director in USA, participated in the definition of corporate telecom strategies, and lead the regional planning process to develop IT strategies and Critical Operating Tasks. I negotiated and lead the regional project to migrate the Telecommunications Network in South America, to support company’s operations, increasing its reliability and flexibility, and achieving a 30% unit cost reduction.
