Posted with the Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit, in the Department of Health and Social Services with the Government of the Northwest Territories Completed a project that summarized recent changes in chlamydia, reviewed antimicrobial resistance in gonorrhoea and provided community level support tools to healthcare workers in remote communities to tackle NWT’s high rate of sexually transmitted infections.

* Part of the head and neck QOL team under the supervision of Dr. Melissa Henry. * Involved in completing chart reviews at various hospital locations in Montréal, entering collected data into shared database, completing a literature review concerning unmet supportive care needs of head and neck cancer patients and analyzing questionnaire data.

Worked cooperatively with other waiters to serve customers; simultaneously delivered food to customers describing each dish, oversee the dining area to ensure all tables are cleared promptly, and maintained and organized the service station

Part of the Drug Safety and Effectiveness/ Canadian Network for Advanced Interdisciplinary Methods for Comparative Effectiveness Research. Working on 3 projects relating to the use of social media and crowdsourcing data analytics to increase drug safety and public awareness. Projects included work related to exploring the feasibility of social media pharmacovigilance, describing the utility of the MedWatcher Social software platform to decision makers at Health Canada and estimating the accuracy with which the analysis of patterns and trends in social media posts can detect adverse events identified through other sources.
