As a coach, certified mediator, and systemic consultant, I have led numerous culture and change initiatives — from driving a diverse and inclusive culture to enabling AI transformation, organizational redesign, and embedding new leadership behaviors. In this work, I bring 25 years of experience in culture & change management, talent management, learning, and leadership development, combined with systemic consulting and coaching expertise. I work at the intersection of strategy and people, helping culture become tangible and impactful.
