Responsibilities include ensuring productivity and accuracy of GPs, specialists, nurses and the front desk through organisation and precision of all tasks. To appropriately manage patient enquiries with empathy and clarity to ensure client satisfaction and an effortless, smooth time in the practice. My position also included welcoming and assisting clients with their enquiries and appointments via phone and in person in an effective and timely manner whilst providing a high quality of care and liasing with any other medical professionals meeting all needs and adapting to every situation.

Undertake independent sales and managerial services to autonomously manage the store and effectively upmarket sales to meet required purchase and ensure customer return. The position involved training of new staff, opening and closing of the store, having open and constructive communication with other staff. These responsibilities ensure sales of furnisher and DVDs as well as solid organisation between the appropriate staff for furniture removal jobs as well as order lists.

An experience aimed to give a little bit of insight, to the interested student, into the engineering world. During this time I was exposed to the civil engineering world; discovering a whole different view of transport, traffic control, construction of both roads and parking lots/buildings as well as how much of an important role engineers play in the establishment of the world we live in today. An invaluable experience that set me on the path I am on today.

Responsibilities include looking presentable and professional and keeping to a strict time schedule. Also, having a full knowledge of rules and protocols, as well as interpreting and conducting decisions along with accompanying penalties. This also means ensuring all rules are adhered to. Being an umpire also means you have great control over the game. As such, the tone, nature of contest and player volatility is the responsibility of the umpire.

Approaching completion of my second year of Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Environmental Engineering/Bachelor of Business. Finding my way through university life and enjoying every minute of connecting with new people, being apart of Engineers Australia and becoming a professional.
