These skills let me build trust-based relationships and give personalized and close attention to people around me. Additionally, as an intelligence analyst, I work on improving my analytical thinking and use my training in analytical techniques to approach business challenges with a strategic and effective point of view.During my internships and work experience, I have had the opportunity to be part of the learning and development departments in large companies like Gestamp, EY or Boston Consulting Group, where I have been able to help improve worker performance by supporting individuals and groups in their growth and development process.I am fully committed to my professional development and continue to enjoy learning and growth opportunities in my area of specialization.
