Oversee the operation and performance of 6,000+ LIHTC assets. Coordinate the preparation and presentation of the property budget/business plan to include financial analysis, marketing, forecasting, positioning and recommendations. Review monthly/quarterly reports and report to senior management critical issues related to the asset. Administer the management agreement with third party property management companies . Develop a transition plan for the management of new assets as required, and implementation of the plan. Supervise the annual budget process with third party managers, investment partners and internal analyst resources.
