▪ Process applicant bi-lingual calls into TIC Craft Job Line by screening applicants and building profiles within multiple systems and preparing talent profile to Recruiting team. ▪ Heavy use of SAP, Sharepoint, Databases and online web sites in gathering information needed for high volume recruiting. ▪ Provides candidate support with confirming assignments via email, phone and text messaging. ▪ Assist Recruiters with Spanish interviews and confirming work assignments for craft workforce. ▪ Recruit for entry level requisitions with full cycle recruiting process as needed ▪ Posts job announcements as required ▪ Collect and process pre-employment background reports ▪ Assist with high volume Craft Onboarding as needed ▪ Translate documents
