As a level II analyst, I support customers who have purchased our Learning Management System (LMS) module, which is a robust, SaaS, training solution. My daily activities include fielding calls, emails and chats from customers and finding solutions to their issues or escalating to the necessary team. Frequently, issues reported require in-depth analysis which includes analyzing logs for errors and interpreting the stack traces thrown by our application. I also write SQL queries to pull data from customer databases in order to support my investigation. I also write python scripts in order to aid in my troubleshooting and testing. When a customer reports a defect that is identifiable in a test environment I follow proper escalation paths to our Product Management team for extermination of the defect. This includes documenting detailed reproduction steps, expected behavior and severity of the issue. Within twelve weeks of employment I received company recognition for receiving seven consecutive perfect surveys from customers I assisted.

Helped create and ensure compliance with best practices for safe and secure storage of electronic documents necessary for litigation. Maintained and updated database software to ensure high-availability of data. Designed and executed queries to parse through millions of pages of documents efficiently. Wrote and designed several python scripts to automate routine paralegal tasks. Troubleshot hardware and software, including network connectivity and remote access issues. Responsible for training attorneys in various software suites including Concordance Database and Microsoft Office Suite.

As the sole support staff on duty I provided first and second tier support to users of our in-house developed web based medical educational testing systems. I am responsible for resolving any issue our clients encounter. Frequent tasks included email and telephonic step by step instructions explaining how to use our service, contact with our third party hosting service to detail and resolve network connectivity issues, and restoring database records to ensure proper functionality of our service. I was responsible for detailing and following up with customers on any issue that can't immediately be resolved. Finally, I was responsible for detailing any bugs I detect in our testing system, detailing how and why they occur, and suggesting fixes.

Responsible for ensuring Movable Ink's services were secure, reliable and scaled appropriately. I helped repackage the suite of internal services into autoscaling groups allowing Movable Ink to seamlessly handle more than two billion requests per day.

As a programmer / analyst I am called upon to develop dynamic web pages for our federal client based on user requirements. I develop web applications using the C# programming-language and leveraging Microsoft’s LINQ-to-SQL libraries. I write stored procedures to allow for efficient data retrieval when pages are loaded. I also have implemented websites which utilize Google’s Maps API, written python applications to parse large data sets, updated a public transit agencies page using jQuery and Prototype, and help manage the company’s infrastructure: Exchange Servers, Active Directory, and inventory of virtual machines. Additionally I have ported our in-house billing solution from classic asp to MVC.
