- Manage spend categories for Logistics – Procurement covering the SIMA region (Singapore and Malaysia). - Support the Procurement Manager to establish and drive implementation of key results areas for procurement that create price advantage, supply availability and package innovation, including budget accountability. Measure and improve competitiveness in all related logistics. - Build and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost competitiveness and drive continuous improvements on supplier quality performance through implementation of Supplier Relationship Management tools (KPI Score Card, etc.). - Execute in a timely manner tender process, contract negotiations, development and execution operational activities (including conversion of PRs timely). - Ensure and maintain adherence to SIMA Policy and Procedures and BI standards and values, quality commitments, ethics, policies and professional standards. - Managing Supply Base (rationalize/optimization supply base) – streamline supply source - Maintains safe and healthy working environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Responsible for local and oversea purchases and ensure purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high qualities. • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased, and ensure products comply to standards and policies. • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers and quality products. Maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records. • Responsible in generating Purchase Orders and shipment schedules. Following up the order and shipment status. • Managing logistics and inventories to ensure goods distributions and logistics activities are scheduled well. • Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirement. • Managing company administration and daily operations. • Supervise and guide interns and fresh graduates in various departmental systems. • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

I am studying Bachelor of Business, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Human Resource Management. I am currently in my trimester and moving forward to Internship and graduate. I am actively participating in University's event such as sports, entertainment events, volunteering events and so on. I'll be officially graduated at June 2019
