Managed design and media (film, photography, copywriting) departments and was directly responsible for hiring within those departments. Led all branding projects and creative campaigns. Wrote copy as needed. 

Introduced brand strategy as a new service and created detailed branding processes. Influenced creation of processes within many other parts of the company, including approvals, project management, identity design, print coordination, and web design. 

Provided sales support when needed and also played major role in developing competitive pricing strategy in many of the company’s creative service offerings. Served as direct contact for many key accounts and helped nurture and develop relationships with new and potential accounts.

Was responsible for maintaining a high visual standard across all creative departments. Provided direction on everything from branding to website development. Led creative campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola Freestyle and Doctors Medical Center. Helped diversify service offerings by bringing film, photography, social media, and more services in-house.

Handled any and all design projects as company's sole designer. Rebranded The Tuleburg Group to Tuleburg. Helped grow design offerings and institute new pricing. Expanded on branding process.

Worked in the sign department until late 2013 and then transitioned to graphic design department. Handled design of Progress magazine.
