I performed the role of Operations Manager for the Cleaning division of the company. I performed Health and Safety audits for large food stores across the Cape Peninsula. I was also involved in performing account management tasks, was the sole payroll officer for the division of the company, acted as client liaison, legal representative for staff members, in charge of recruitment, talent retention, implemented a training and development plan for the Cleaning division of the company. I also partook in Union negotiations as the company representative.

The role had 3 parts – a purchasing and sales role, a marketing role and an accounts manager role. I also performed debt recovery and customer service roles within the company. Bartercard provided a Goal orientated environment (individual, as well as team goals) with outlined key performance indicators to be achieved each month. I also took on a training role within the office environment.

* Market research in Brisbane CBD and Gold Coast areas * Data Analysis – with regards to sales forecasts for 2012 * Formation of monthly reports with feedback from market research for the sales managers * General administration tasks – assisted with sales documentation for the sales managers – marketing material, contract form set up, formulation of training power point presentations * Lead generation for the sales managers and also performed current custom satisfaction surveys * HR function- employee motivation, staff functions, team building activities, community involvement and employee feedback and suggestion liasion.

* Implementation of organisational culture change initiatives - organisational behaviour, policy formation, staff support group facilitation and reward and recognition policies. * Manage the Community Engagement portfolio * Media liaison - generate internal communications to all staff and write short press releases for publication in local newspapers * Recruitment and selection for all areas of the centre * Workplace Health and Safety Representative * I have performed administrative payroll duties for approximately 220 staff on a bi weekly basis. * General HR and admin tasks in accordance to staff needs. * Generate internal newsletters for staff engagement * Employee Performance Review management * Qualified Trainer and Assessor
