Planned & implemented developmental & occupation-based intervention for patients ages 0-22 years in inpatient rehabilitation, pediatric & neonatal intensive care, & oncology. Common diagnoses included congenital heart & GI conditions, CP, TBI, & diverse neurological conditions. Partnered with physical, speech, & music therapy during co-treatments. Provided pertinent updates on patient status & progress during interdisciplinary rehab meetings.

Implemented biomechanical & occupation-based intervention for patients in skilled nursing & long-term care. Common diagnoses included COPD, hip & knee replacement, dementia, diabetes, cardiac post-op, & diverse neurological conditions. Partnered with physical therapy to conduct initial evaluations, co-treatments, and community-based classes. Addressed occupational therapy objectives, patient-specific goals, & discharge plans during admission meetings with case management.
