Clare Nolan

I am a CQC Registered Manager of a 60 bedded Care Home which provides Nursing, Residential and EMI care. I have been in post in this role since July 2021, and I have loved every minute and every new challenge!! Prior to bwcoming Home Manager, I was the Unit Manager of the 19 bedded EMI residential home for around 6 years. I began my journey as a HCA and have since worked my way up to my current position through ongoing training, commitment and dedication. I have been Acting Home Manager on several occasions and have led a very successful CQC inspection in the Manager's absence. I am very eager to continue to learn and my hope and dream is that I will be able to become a Registered home manager in the very near future. I take great pride in my work and I have a fantastic rapport with professional visitors, families and residents. I strive to ensure all the needs of my clients are met and I am extremely passionate about all care being person centred.
