Maintenance and repairs: Perform planned and responsive maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of equipment and systems, including mechanical and electrical. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems to minimize downtime. Multi-trade work: Complete tasks across different disciplines. Documentation: Accurately record maintenance activities, test results, and inventory levels. Health and safety: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including safe use of tools and equipment, and potentially working at heights or in confined spaces. Collaboration: Work with other tradespeople, support apprentices, and collaborate with team leads and engineering teams. Technical skills: Interpret technical drawings, instruction manuals, and other documentation. Site maintenance: Assist with general site maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. 

Greeting customers, making and pinking up calls,making drinks for customer's, making sure the show room looked nice.

scanning and checking sales documents making records on to the computer, shredding out dated documents, dealing with customer's information, sorting the income and banking into documents and paying cash/cheques in.
