During my time as a Sales Assitant for Daniel Footwear, I got the opportunity to work alongside my colleagues and members of the public every day. Applying excellent communication skills while offering advice and assistance to customers professionally and efficiently. Throughout my time I gained enough experience to become a keyholder as well as taking care of the till at the end of the day. Working as part of a team was an essential part of my role and one of which I thoroughly enjoyed, as I got to listen and learn of my superiors which in turn allowed me to be able to work independently.

During my initial days at Donaghys, I began with dispatching large amounts of shoes around the world, through this I learned whom to manage my time effectively while also working quickly. I quickly learnt manage customer service by managing each individual's needs. As time went by I managed to progress my job role to the E-Commerce office to assist with marketing graphics as well as helping with the day to day running of the website. This includes uploading product, photographing and editing product images, creating graphics for the website, newspapers, shop floor etc. I have also been given the opportunity to work alongside social media influencers to promote the shop and product, which has increased my confidence when working with others and to clearly articulate what is required to get the best use of their and our time. Organising and running events are part of the experiences involved with the e-commerce department, I am proud to say I have been involved with these from the concept of a ladies evening to designing and running a Santas Grotto.
