In 2014-15 Vodafone was the largest retail account in New Zealand and was a fast paced environment with a team of 14 Suits. During my time working on this account it was our responsibility to change current and potential customer perceptions in the consideration of contracting with the Vodafone brand. The campaign, Piggy Sue, still regularly voted one of the country’s most loved campaigns, proved highly effective across broadcast channels, digital video, customer communications, stores and online. I was personally involved in the direct and store communications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Writing and executing briefs for eDM, direct mail, in-store guides (32 pages, monthly) and in-store visuals across the country. Time management and organisation were always at the forefront of the working day when dealing with your client on one side, and your in-house creative team on the other.
