Service Manager for Turning Point Herts Community Mental Health Services. This includes a 14 bed residential rehabilitation unit, crisis beds and 5 community outreach teams. The services specialise in providing flexible, individually tailored packages of support to people recovering from mental health difficulties and other associated complex needs. The services are experienced in supporting individuals who have complex needs and who often slip through the net of traditional support services e.g. dual diagnosis, personality disorder, substance misuse, history of offending etc as well as having mental health issues. We support individuals to learn the skills and knowledge that they need to understand and manage their own personal situation more independently in the future. This creates an ethos of hope, choice and control and enables individuals to achieve greater recovery.
