- Acted as the liaison officer between PACS, Inc. and all the member societies and individual members of the association. - In charge of the membership and application process of societies applying into PACS, Inc. including procuring requirements, producing official identification cards, and attesting to all certificates of membership. - As part of the Executive Committee, responsible for the initiation and implementation of all policies and activities of PACS, Inc., appropriating funds necessary for activity execution, and approving the acceptance of new member societies into the association.

- Duly designated representative of UP AChES to PACS Inc. - Involved in the decision-making process of the General Assembly on all programs and activities by PACS Inc., and communicating and coordinating the interests, activities and services of the association to the represented organization, and vice versa.
