Selected through a competitive audition process to join the [solidcore] coaching team. Currently completing an intensive training and certification program focused on strength-based training methodology, client engagement, and safe, effective class instruction. Developing expertise in coaching technique, cueing, and performance-driven fitness while preparing to begin teaching classes as a certified coach in March 2026.

Incoming research intern in the Yuval Nir Lab, supporting neuroscience research on sleep, stress, and neural dynamics using EEG. Will receive training in sleep scoring and artifact rejection and contribute to experimental research examining brain activity during sleep. Expected to assist with data processing and potentially basic Python-based analysis while collaborating with PhD researchers in a cognitive neuroscience lab environment.

Trained and socialized service-dog puppies through Duke’s research-based program, combining hands-on work with required coursework and exams in canine behavior and positive-reinforcement methods. Gained practical experience in animal behavior, patience, and teamwork while contributing to the preparation of future assistance dogs.

Trained through an extensive program to become a teen advisor, supporting peers with mental health basics, crisis intervention, reflective communication, and self-care. Led a hotline chat room several times per month to provide guidance and support.
