About
Who am I? I'm an HR enthusiast with experience spanning across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Program Management in industries like financial services, professional services, and government agencies. What excites me? I'm passionate about the intersection of people and technology, building and optimizing processes, and creating inclusive & accessible workspaces. From incorporating AI in my everyday work to supporting the implementation & roll-out of HR systems, I'll be the first to raise my hand for these kinds of projects. I strive to bring a blend of empathy, analytical thinking, and commitment to improving the employee and candidate experience. Outside of work, I'm a fitness fanatic (I'm currently into pilates, with my past phases being running half-marathons and bouldering). I love a good coffee or matcha latte. And I'm big on trivia nights & crosswords! Let's connect!

Campus Talent Acquisition, Senior Associate (Assurance, Tax, and Risk Assurance)
As a Senior Associate on the Campus Talent Acquisition team, I played a pivotal role in supporting early talent recruitment across 3 business lines in Vancouver and Winnipeg offices. In this role, I wore several hats such as acting as a support system for prospective candidates, empowering PwC staff to serve as firm champions, and innovating new initiatives to deliver a world-class candidate experience! A bit more about what I did: • Led PwC’s Talent Acquisition strategy in the attraction, selection, and conversion of prospective CPAs for Vancouver and Winnipeg • Collaborate with business partners, human capital teams (CoEs, Learning & Development, HR Operations), and coaches to ensure new hires receive a positive and effective onboarding experience. • Lead and facilitate attraction and engagement events - everything from info sessions, workshops, networking events to conferences for prospective candidates. • Oversee summer internship and co-op programming. Managed a 30k budget to organize socials, personal and professional workshops, and panels. • Deliver training sessions to PwC staff and partners on selection and interview processes, as well as preparation calls for recruitment events and initiatives. • Coordinate in-person and virtual interview schedules for candidates and interviewers. • Utilize Workday and internal dashboards to monitor and maintain data to compile regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress. • Coordinate job postings on various internal and external school/industry websites. • Serve as a Microsoft Mentor to support my team in a firm-wide migration to Microsoft 365 Some things I'm proud of: • Spearhead new events and initiatives such as: PwC Coffee Chat Program to facilitate +300 coffee chats, Recruitment Rundown (A virtual AMA session), and Women in Accounting event • Moderate a 1 on 1 virtual Q&A session with PwC's Canada CEO for 150+ interns
